We ship within Germany and throughout Europe via DHL post.

Regardless of whether you order a pair of leggings or five, the shipping costs remain the same.
Delivery time
The items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order. We send all orders directly from Berlin.
• Within Germany: As soon as your leggings have been shipped, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
• Europe: The delivery time is usually 3 to 10 working days. (Due to Covid-19 delays are to be expected!)
• Rest of the world: once the items have been shipped, delivery time can be anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the country. (Due to Covid-19 delays are to be expected!)
The delivery times only allow an estimated time of arrival after shipping.
Return shipping
If the goods are faulty or damaged, you have the option of sending them back to us free of charge (within Europe). Customers outside Europe bear the costs for the return shipping themselves. Please note that the goods must be returned to provocans EST - Ivett Polyak, Oranienstr. 72, 10969 Berlin, postage paid with the supplied label within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in their original packaging including all labels and with a completed return slip. This is the only way we can process your shipment accordingly. However, the return shipment is at your own expense if you do not like the goods for visual reasons.
Customs and Local Taxes
Please note that import duties or local taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. Any customs fees for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. provocans EST is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes or VAT that may be charged on your package.
